You can benefit at each of these stages of life with a planned approach that examines individual abilities, needs and goals. With proper planning and networking, we can support you through life’s transitions and on to achieving your goals.

People with disabilities want to lead ordinary lives and learn life skills to do the things that most people take for granted. They want to study at college, get a job, have relationships and friendships, and enjoy leisure activities. We want to help people with disabilities to live independent, healthy lives. We can also offer support to people looking someone with a disability.
We understand the challenges participants face in finding the right support worker, not only someone competent in all required supports but a person who cares about what they do and cares about making a difference in someone’s life.
That is why continuity of support is critical to us, as it builds trust between the participant, their family, and us as a provider.
We take the time to understand your needs and help you with your everyday activities.
Our shared living arrangements are designed to support people with a disability to be supported in developing and implementing their own vision for independence that can maximize their chances of getting an education, getting a job, developing relationships, and getting a life as well as engaging in a variety of activities and programs.
The value of socialising with others is a hugely important part of learning to live with a disability. Developing an individual’s social skills can be the key to unlocking their independence as they become confident to build their own friendship and support networks. We work with individuals to establish their challenges and any obstacles they face in meeting new people before working up a plan with agreed goals and a tailored approach to help them to socialize and meet new people.
